I have gone here for over seven years off and on mainly picking up donuts for my Employees. I have always been met with a ‘mad face’ or at times incredible rudeness from the staff. Sadly, from the owner herself (Sandra). I truly cannot say I’ve ever had a pleasant experience here as far as customer service. More times than not they’ve had zero selection of donuts.nnI returned today after nearly a year of giving my business to Krispy Kreme. Today I was actually greeted and spoken to like I was a human being.nnThey had Donuts available to sell.....much to my surprise.nnI guess COVID has made them realize the importance of treating your Customers with respect, kindness and appreciation for their business.nnHmmmmm.....just sayin.nnAs a local Business Owner myself, Customers are your life blood of every business, strange how some people don’t seem to understand that.
Really good donuts. Never disappointed when I visit. Really good sausage rolls. The staff is very nice!
The best donuts in BA and competitive on price with any place in the area. Much better than the corporate chains and as good as many of the franchise places.nnThey support the local school with a discount offered on the football teams fund raiser card so I support them.
Fast service. Friendly and busy place. I called ahead for 3 dozen mixed and they were ready and waiting when I got there. No card needed for call ins.
