The UPS Store

Parking lot is dangerous to vehicles attempting to park in front of store. Several parking blocks are in the middle of the parking lot with protruding rebar and with no handicapped signs. Oil is all over the parking lot due to all the vehicle damage.

Emily would rather turn someone away than go one step to the manager and see if they could help me. Long story it probably wouldn’t have cost anything to them. It was the principal of knowing i had no money on me. It was returning something usually Amazon would cover. She let me walk out sad because she couldn’t take a minute and stop looking at the line behind me. I waited in that line too. Not cool Emily

I was at the store this morning to make an amazon purchase return and to purchase shipping/packing materials. I was so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of the staff and the care taken for the safety of both patrons and workers that I felt compelled to write a review. Venturing out after being at home for the past three months had me concerned, and I am relieved that you are treating this crisis seriously. I now have a new store for all my shipping needs and will be recommending you to my friends. Keep up the great work!

This store has the friendliest staff always looking for ways to help. I constantly see them cleaning. Have been shipping through ups frequently because of experience at this store. Thank you!!
