If i could five 10 thousand stars I would. John and william are amazing go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met in a timely matter. So understanding and helpful. Everything we have gotten from them is amazing works great would definitely recommend them
They ran me through the ringer for 3 weeks and then tried to tell me they wouldn't sell me the fridge because my references didnt pick up after one try....literally I was standing next to my ex boss when he walk helping me move and the phone rang one time before this tool Jason hung up. He didnt try, didnt like me from the get go. I will NEVER use rent a center for my needs....EVER. I feel like trash, I have 7 jobs not including my fiances income and have never felt so horrible....I pretty much hope these guys go out of business because they are already in flames. I couldn't be more upset, I am moving today and have no fridge because they ignored me and lost my case 3 TIMES!!
They was supposed to deliver to us this morning and didn't even bother calling us to tell us that they couldn't deliver to us then when ask for the money back that we paid in store we had to go online to get it back and 1 star is than they need and now we have no couch bc we got rid of the other one
Staff used to be a little rude especially when calling to make a payment over the phone but recently they have seemed to hire new staff and they have been very friendly.
