First, the wait was 2 hours!!!!! Next, the food was subpar. I remember the food being better than that in the past. I think the management team needs to do a better job of planning. It was a Saturday evening and one day discount coupons were sent out. The wait should not have been that long....even with the coupons....even during this pandemic season. The ONLY reason we waited is because we drove from Dallas specifically to eat there. So we won't be going back. Not just because of the wait, but also because of the poor food quality. The one positive thing was the sweet, that was great.

This was the worst food I have ever had for the price. Out of all of the choices they have, the mashed potatoes were about the only thing that tasted good. The chicken fried steak was the frozen steaks, the fried chicken was dry, the pot roast was all fatty meat, the hush puppies were so spicy, the mac n cheese were clumpy and dry. Will never eat here again!

My First Time Eating Here Was Yesterday I Loved All The Different Varites Of Food , Excellent Customer Service &Great Staff .I will definitely be back to enjoy breakfast today &Lunch ,Dinner .Great Job To The Chefs..

If you like being ignored, this is the best place for you. Stood in 3 different lines and all the servers walked away. 30 minutes in line to pay and I couldn't get even a friggin salad.

First wait 45 mins in line and then less variety of foods in all sections - had to wait 10-15 mins in line for each counter and sometimes the server is not present (specially between 9-10 before closing time at 10PM). Due to COVID, self-serve is not allowed instead the server serves the food in plates. There were Italian (only 1 variety pizza was present though in menu it’s displayed 4 different types of pizza), Mexican, Seafood (only handful varieties), American (salty steak), Asian and Dessert counters. The variety and taste of the food can be improved. $25 (for non club passport members), $21 (for club passport members - free to join). Lot of variety in dessert section and food was fresh. The waiter was courteous and attentive.
