I always love sonic. I don't ever have to wait too long for my food. I get in, order my food and within 10 minutes I'm served. Good service and food. Will always stop here if I need a sonic fix. Good shakes and drinks. Stop here if you need a quick bite that won't swallow your wallet.
Ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries, which we paid for, and there was only 1 cherry in the whole drink. This happened before but I gave the benefit of the doubt and lost on this one. I had food issues before and talked with manager about it, yet nothing was done. That's why I only order drinks from here, but now I will no longer even consider this place. It was around 735pm on a Sunday. So not during a rush period.
Took 20 min after checking in to get an app order with time a.s.a.p. the tater tots with cheese were nasty they were spongy not crisp as should be. A drink we ordered was supposed to have real cherry in it and it had nothing. The burger was cold and wrong chicken sandwich
If I could give it zero.stars I would. They lacked in customer service big time. We pulled into an open spot and the speaker wouldn't work so we moved down to another stall that someone had just pulled out of and when we went to push the button to place our order it said Zachary is on his way with your order... ? We hadn't ordered yet.. We asked for lemon in our tea they put lemonade.. We asked for a cherry limeade they were out of sprite. We asked for salt packets they were out of that as well. Terrible. Get it together sonic. We won't be back.
I ordered the number one with mayonnaise and got mustard. The french fries were cold and you couldn't even chew them. The next time I went in I got the wrong order on a carry out. It's hard to keep patronizing a place that makes things difficult.
