Well I got there at 10:22 at night woke up at 4:38 am call them no answer so I seen a yard mover and talk to Jim he said yes your trailer is being unloaded now I said okay then some man accidentally walked up to truck and ask about reefer trailer I said not me then he asked for my trailer number so I gave it to him he said I be back about your trailer fell back to sleep woke up at like 8:20 am still no trailer or phone call. So I ask a FedEx driver who do I talk to woke in building to dispatch and was told I wasn't suppose to be in there so I said we'll I been here since last night and no one e called or came and get when trailer is empty so he said I missed tour call I am sorry but trailers that's empty are in the northwest corner so I go check it's there on top of it all was there over 11 hours and the only paperwork I received is when I first got there all it was a purchased arrival notice with my name the load number and time I arrived plus someone signature so with that being said good luck if you ever have to go there sad

Loads are always late. But not too bad I guess. Usually a couple hr late on a preloaded trailer which defies the point of a preloaded trailer. Staff is nice. No long term parking but they do have facilities and vending machines.
Great place. Quick and efficient
4 hours to load a trailer, and 1100 miles to deliver the next day at 8am, these people are not interested in wasting your time
