I drove for 2 diff companies before Mid Con. One Mega (national) & one Minor (local) & had completely lost my faith/respect for the Trucking Industry. Returned to Security Officer gig - lost that job & decided to give Mid Con a go out of shear employment necessity (thought it would be temp until I found another Security assignment). Within the 90 day probation period, Mid Con not only completely restored my faith/respect for Trucking, but continues to endlessly impress me with their professionalism & respect for their drivers. The pay is great, their equipment is great, home time is great, maintenance is great & driver expectations are more than realistic. They compensate you for everything - $75 layover, $50 touch freight, 100% parts & out of pocket. They do not waist YOUR time or money!nnThe owner is very personal, fair, professional & human - he already knew my name on the first day & hasn't forgot it! I've now been with Mid Con for a year & can't imagine finding a better company to work for! It's difficult to find any Trucking Companies with better than a 3/3.5 rating - Mid Con is better than a 4 rating... Go ahead, see if you can find another company with this good of a rating - because I've tried & cannot... Mid Con also offers unlimited $200 referral bonus.

If I could give more stars I would. We've been using Mid-Con for 2.5 years now and they continue to set the bar. We've used countless carriers and brokers and these guys surpass everyone. Tim, Donna, Matt and Warren go above and beyond for their customers. If you're looking for someone to handle your freight, contact them. I promise you will not be let down.
