I ordered an 18in chain and paid in full. Well they got word of 0 available in that length. Without hesitation they ordered a 20in instead for the price of an 18in. It is the absolute perfect gift I'm getting my daughter. Thanks for the great service.
Very courteous staff. We brought my wife's ring in for resizing. It needed a bit more adjustment when she picked it up and they eagerly obliged. We did some shopping and formulated a wishlist. They were knowledgeable and had great selection. Not rude or forceful at all.
