I am glad I switched to Tmobile. AT&T was adding too many fees for everything. Overage fees, Switching Tower fees, 3 different ud83dude24 Universal fees, and Update Fee. I couldn't take it, Tmobile straight up fee NO OVERAGE. Thank You

Victor was very helpful and got everything that I needed done quickly and was very friendly to work with.

Great customer service. My home Internet modem died and so I signed up for the hotspot and the young man set it all up and showed me how to turn it on and off and change passwords and he was very helpful.

Very good staff at this location able to get in and out in a timely manner. All staff practiced great social distancing and wore masks an gloves. Had a system to take down your name so that nobody was being cut and everybody was following who was next. Will return for future purchases and questions.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and the store was very clean. I just switched over and I couldn’t be happier with my new service.
