I had a visit with Noah yesterday at the store in Moore, on 19th street and my family and I were very impressed and happy with the customer service. We visited to ask about an upgrade and ended up leaving with a new plan, and two new phones ordered because there was not a question he wasn’t prepared to give an answer for and made clear and helpful suggestions. He was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. He have no complaints about our visit and would recommend our rep and location. We had a visit 7 months ago in Yukon and the rep made it clear she was getting off work shortly by taking a casual, personal phone call while with us and didn’t actually help us with what we were asking for. This most recent visit was a stark contrast.

Went in to inquire about service and was fortunate enough to be helped by Noah. This guy is above and beyond awesome. His genuine demeanor, knowledge, and expedient service impressed me. ATT will get a lot of customers just from that guy alone.

Do not do business with this AT&T store! They are not knowledgeable about promotions and you will loose a lot of money. If you try to correct any problems, they will deny they did anything wrong. You cannot believe anything they tell you. Their inability to admit to a mistake cost me $1,050. And AT&T will not help you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheats and untruthful they won’t provide assistance for a new watch I purchased
