This is the worst place to get prescriptions filled, there staff are rude and liars. They tell you when to pick up a prescription and it is never ready when they say it will be then they say they will call you when it's ready and they never do. I have 2 special needs kids that are each on 3 prescriptions so between the 2 they have 6 prescriptions total, I order all 6 prescriptions every month at the same time and pick them up at the same time or at least try to. My kids have been on these prescriptions for several years now and we have been using this Walgreens for about 8 months now yet every month they never have my kids medications in stock, I spoke with them about this like 4 months ago and they said after about 4 or 5 months there system will see a pattern and it will order them and make sure they are in surety well here we are 8 month now and meds still aren't kept in stock. Also every single month they want to argue with me and my doctors office over getting prescriptions refilled, I have the bottles that I picked up from there pharmacy with there labels on them, it shows x amount of refills yet every single time I call they say you don't have any refills available you need to call your doctor to which I do and my doctor gets mad cause they say you should have x amounts of refills still available on that to which I explain to them that that is what the bottle I have says and that's what I thought but the pharmacy says otherwise. It is totally stupid and a waist of everyone's time cause my doctor calls them and never sends over anything and for some reason when my doctor calls all of a sudden they find the refills and they don't know what happened. I also love how when they make a mistake and don't know how to do there job they try and blame you and make it your fault. Really really really getting sick of there stupidity and laziness, I am currently looking for a new pharmacy, but guess I'll have to wait to see if I can get the rest of my kids meds that were ordered almost 4 days ago when I called in there refills that when I showed up like they said and waited 10 minutes past the time they said they opened for them to open just tell me they still haven't arrived yet. This place has no clue what they are doing at all.
