Horrible customer service. 12-6-2020. 12:50 A.M.
My husband and I frequent 7-Eleven at multiple locations on a fairly regular basis. We truly love the breakfast fare they offer. But I have to share our experience the couple of times we have purchased the sausage rolls. They are mostly bread. Only half a sausage link. And the skin is so tough on the sausage we can barely bite into it. 7-Eleven please hear this - change up this one item please please please. We love your store(s).
The air pump in front of the facility was broken. There was no sign stating it was broken, and while trying to fill up my tire, so much air escaped that my tire became flat. I went inside and the assistant manager was apathetic to my cause, refused to talk to me and look at me after he made a phone call to maintenance. It was the young woman inside who was polite enough to give me the information I requested and eventually hung up a sign on the pump. The district office was polite when I called to inform them of the situation.
Gas $2.29 cheaper than Wal-Mart today 10-24 great coffee and donuts
Decent 7-Eleven. It is one of the larger locations so it has enough room for a full fountain as well as coffee, tea, etc. Staff is usually friendly.
