BEWARE THE SOUP!!! I have come here since this place opened and never had as poor an experience as today. Seriously.nnThey changed soup brands and the new soup is disgusting. Watery with no ingredients, just broth. I have always loved their potato bacon soup before today. They acknowledged that it was both new and gross with many customer complaints, but refused to do anything to make it right.nnThis used to be a fine family run business, not anymore. You have been warned, it cost me $27 to learn this new lesson.

No longer a fan. The last few times I've eaten at Schlotzsky's they get something wrong. This time was no exception. Charged us for brownies, but decided not to put them in the bag. But the greatest disappointment is they put a giant original in a plastic container. Needless to say, by the time I got home (3 minutes away) the sandwich was damp from condensation. I would like to know who thought that was ever a good idea. It may be expedient for them, but it's an awful thing for the customer. You might as well put a note in the bag that reads, hey, just so you know, we don't care about your satisfaction. I like Jersey Mike's more, and they're directly across the street. That's where I'll spend my sandwich money from now on.

I think the food at Schlotzsky's is over priced but it isn't bad. I typically only go when my girl ask for something. I'm leaving this review hoping the management sees it, A dude working the drive thru window today around maybe 5 or 6pm was probably the best customer service I've had. Man deserves a raise for his kindness alone.

I found hair in my salad! Not just a hair several hairs. It was so disgusting. I took all the uneaten food back to the restaurant. It was all most everything besides a couple of bites. The assistant/manager etc. Gave me back my money!!!! But KYLE had to throw in, that I was lucky to even be getting my money back? Because they normally don't do that. This was the location on 119th in Moore, Oklahoma.nAfter that it wasn't about the hair anymore! It was the worse CSR I've ever had. All true facts! How discouraging considering they make awesome food. I won't go back to that location.
