She was helpful in getting the booking completed in a timely manner and very accommodating of my spa service requests. I love this salon!! Everyone is so sweet and extremely professional. I had an appointment with Jordyn for a balayage and she did an amazing job! It was so well blended and she did exactly what I asked for. Salon Serenity Spa is the best place to get your hair done & you will NOT be disappointed!

I am so happy with my experience at this salon. I went to Karen and she did an amazing job with my hair. My old stylist stopped seeing people so I needed someone new. I had such a hard time getting stylists to call me back. It was very frustrating. I love that this salon has a receptionist who answers the phones and can put you on the schedule. Karen listened to me and discussed what I wanted for my hair. I love what she did and had a great time getting to know her. I’m so glad that my hunt for a salon is over!

I just moved to wake forest and was looking to get a trim and schedule a last minute appointment at salon serenity and spa. I LOVED it. The people at front desk were so kind and helpful. I got my hair done by Alex and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoy going to Salon Serenity. Heidi is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. She does amazing work!
