The Service was exquisite and very personable. Took the time and listened to our needs and found the perfect storage unit to accommodate us. Was very gracious and thankful for our business. He made sure we were aware that if there was anything we needed that he was only a call away. The gold standard for service!

I came in with a broken foot, and after a very rough day. Mike held the door as I hobbled my way in. He asked about my situation and then went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me. Down to helping me load my boxes. He took very good care of me. I recommend anyone go here and see him. He’s a great man, with great prices and will do anything to help the next person. Customer for life.

Mike is the manager or owner of this facility and the most awesome person. He worked with me along with his staff when I incurred financial issues and were patient. The facility is always clean. You will definitely love it!!! Life Storage of Wake Forest is the BEST!!!
