Unity Relocation

We received superb service from the 3 gentlemen who loaded and unloaded our belongings both times having to maneuver stairs, tight corners, the occasional ceiling fan. At each step, they were courteous, attentive, professional, and pleasant! They took time to let us know their “game plan” to move the items and let us know when they were nearly through so that we could let them know if they’d achieved what we had asked. I HIGHLY recommend this service for the value, the people, and for ease! I would like to thank each of the gentlemen that assisted out move: Jeremey, Shae, and Mike! I would gladly use them again!

Used Unity to move across town and they were awesome. They were the best moving experience so far. Everyone was very polite and helpful. There were not fits over difficult items (treadmill, giant wall unit, memory foam bed). The weather was not nice, but everyone was cheerful and hard working. We ran later than anticipated but I heard no grumbling. Highly recommend!

Absolutely worst moving company!! Movers stood around talking. Could not reach owner to get access to all of my stuff!!! Would not return my calls!! Very shady!!! Do Not Recommend!!!

I used Unity movers in 2014 for a move from Fayetteville up to Raleigh. The crew was prompt, courteous, and did not break anything. In 2018 I had to provide documentation of that 2014 move. Bob was more than helpful and took pains to take care of me even though I had been a customer four years before. Really fantastic customer service, and that is what it is all about. Five stars.

While I am overseas my wife picked unity movers of Wakeforest .Very bad move . I requested runners because our house is new build . I requested be careful with furniture there were scratching. I stated bring hand truck because new wooden floors .my wife and friends work for japanese moving company. .so she takes great care in working with customers. We were quoted at 300 something for a couple hours because all boxes were delivered the night before beds broken down drawers taken out all you needed was hand truck and solely from 1st floor apt.to truck . We even rented a uhaul of our own to move the boxes the night before. Travel 3 miles and drop off furniture total cost 806.00 plus tax You could do better. Easy most labor done for you. I have done self moves paying for day laborers check even government moves went smoother.Please I emplore you take it from a retired veteran and civil service employee of 12 years. If you see this company name skip to better. Again thank God for reviews and yes quality and service say a lot about a company .
