Placed an order for pickup, my order wasn't ready on time and workers stood there chatting for minutes before another worker greeted me. They handed me my order, which I didn't notice was missing the main item until I got home. It was 20 minutes before they closed, but they said to get a refund I would need to come in that day. They said they would send me a voucher, which I never received.
We love Panera. My niece and daughter believe their mac and cheese is the best around. I love the goddess salad. It is consistently excellent. Everything is always fresh and delicious
Phenomenal management. We had some hiccups in our curbside order and when I called to touch base with everything that happened, the manager was extremely nice and friendly to me. Completely turned my attitude around and made a forever customer. Mistakes happen, we are human! How they are handled is where it really count. They were helpful and kind and made it right for us. Couldn’t be happier with the turn around. Plus, the food is delicious as always. every time.
