Chris hooked us up with a bunch of goodies and we were all 200% impressed! Loved the brisket breakfast sandwich, quiche, and spinach cheese croissant. Sourdough is A+++! The sandwiches are all excellent. Thanks again for sharing, Chris! Bakery nouveau is added to our work lunch list for sure, we'll be stopping by soon! Big thanks from everyone at Big E. We love supporting our Burien neighbors... especially when the food is so delicious!
The pastries were phenomenal in flavor. I got some for my family to try as they have a sweet tooth, including tarts, croissants, and a fluffy olive bread. The issue was one of the pastries had a long hair in it. We came back to mention it the next day, but the attendants just shrugged it off, asked if we had the pastry still, and didn’t offer any compensation or an apology.
Best Cubano sandwich ever tasted! Rich carrot cake!
My third time visiting Bakery Nouveau in a different location. I really want to like their pastries with all the rave reviews. My conclusion is, there are better pastries in other bakeries. Taste is very subjective. Perhaps being a trained baker myself and actually tasted the real pastries in Europe, I have higher expectations from them.
This place is a real treat! The perfect place to take someone special on a date
