I came here last month and had good customer service but this changed everything One of the employees that came in to help out lastnight didn't bother to wash her hands or put gloves one and she came in from the front door kind you. So watching her grab the spoons from the bucket of water, and watch the water drip from her hands down into the icecream I lost my appetite and walked out. 20 seconds to wash your hands and putting gloves on, The line can wait. Better safe than sorry.
Cold Stone Creamery was a great choice for Daddy Daughter time today. The nice young woman who served use did well by the 2 of us. Please go there and enjoy yourself.
The customer service is typically great here. But today, I walked into Coldstone with my son, fresh off the soccer field to surprise him with a treat. There were two employees working on an order with no other people present or in line. I waited to be acknowledged, just a brief “hello”. I made eye contact with the young lady who was working only for her to look away each time. I stood there with my son, not being acknowledged for over 6 minutes. I finally told my son that any business that doesn’t find us important enough to greet doesn’t deserve our business. I informed the employees of my dissatisfaction as I left, telling them that I am a regular of this location and this was terribly rude of them to not acknowledge their guest. I hope their manager sees this review and counsels their employees. I would hate to have to stop frequenting this location completely.
Ice Cream so good they must be putting crack in it or something
I got a small waffle cone in the cup. Nowhere near the size scoop I normally get. You could actually see around the scoop to the bottom of the cup. Didn't feel like saying anything because I drove out my way to get it.
