Courtney’s New York Bagels & Deli

The bagels were delicious but the customer service was lacking and it is being run very inefficiently. No one seemed to be in charge of taking orders. Two girls spent all their time talking to each other and not being very productive while the front of the store filled up which no one acknowledged. It was my first and last visit. It's too bad because you do have a good product.

If you are in the Wake Forest area and want a bagel, this place has a legit bagel. My son and I get one once a week before his school. The cinnamon/sugar bagels are good enough to motivate a 6yr old to be dressed and waiting for me at 6:30 am. Think about that.nI have not have anything from the lunch menu but I can't imagine it not being good.

HEAR ME OUT: I love bagels and their food is good - no complaints there. However, I cannot stand going to and supporting businesses that have poor customer service. I read some reviews that go back a year and it sounds like things have not changed. I waited like 10 minutes JUST TO ORDER my food...but it was weird, they took like 3 or 4 people's orders at one time. One guy did not even pay and said something at the end when they handed him his bagels (not everyone would have been honest). No one even greeted me or said we'll be right with you or thanked me for waiting or anythingggg. People who were in line after me received their food before me. Their system is not efficient whatsoever. Do better, management!!!

I love this shop. Top quality food and wonderful customer service. You order and then you get to see them prepare your food fresh with quality ingredients. Reasonably priced as well. If your in the area and want some pastries, bagels, coffee, or a sandwich try this amazing little shop.

Food is good but price is not. Wish I could post a picture of receipt. The math doesn’t add up.
