I hired Sam to move my family and we were very pleased. He was reliable and easy to deal with.

Sam's agreed to assist me with my out-of-state move. I was moving out on Friday and hired Sam about two weeks prior to my move. I live in a condo and move in/out days are Tuesdays and Fridays, which I told Sam. Sam informed me days before my move that he wanted to load his truck on Thursday night; I told Sam that he could not because moving days were specifically assigned days and Thursday wasn't one of those days. Sam was scheduled to do a walk-through at my condo on Tuesday, August 7th, but I missed his call. We then agreed to do a walk-through on Wednesday, August 8th, and I waited for Sam's call but by 6:45pm I had not heard from Sam. So, I called Sam's phone number, and he said that he couldn't do a walk-through on Wednesday. I don't know when he was going to tell me that. Sam then asked if he could load his truck early on Friday morning, and I said the move out times start at 11am. Sam complained that because he had to drive out-of-state and unload his car that he would get back late at night on Friday. And, Sam said that he didn't want to do the move. Sam said he didn't want to do the move on Wednesday, and I am planning on moving on Friday. Sam gave me less than 48 hours to find new movers.
