My experience at the Lake Norman location was excellent! Both Kyleigh and Kari were so helpful and great to work with! I can totally see the difference in my body after the sculpting and it was 100% worth every penny.

Kylie did an awesome job communicating all the information regarding Cool Sculpting. Resolved the anxiety that I had before my consultation. Would love to do my entire body but will decide on the problem areas we discussed. Thank you so much!

This was my consultation visit, so I went in with only surface knowledge of how things worked. Kari was very patient as she measured my areas of concern and answered my questions. We moved from an exam room to the consult room where she explained costs, and financing options Finally, I saw a procedure room, additional before and after pictures, and discussed what my expected results could be. Very thorough and informative.

I had 6 locations to treat on my second visit and for some reason they scheduled only a few hours before closing..not allowing enough time. I even asked why we couldnt move the appointment earlier, but they said it was plenty of time. Two people were frantically trying to complete all the areas after hours, with the machine constantly losing suction, and it was a disaster. I'm giving this location 3 instead of 2 because my first time prior to this was good. But my second time was throwing money to the wind. Very expensive disappointment.
