Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Just had my first massage here and I loved it. The place is super clean and smells amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly. My therapist was Jess and I highly recommend her. One of the best massages I’ve had. Very top notch business.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted courteously, and offered water, then met my masseuse Melanie, who walked me back to briefly discuss what to expect and the type of massage I wanted.. She was professional and a lovely person. I would recommend Melanie.

My boyfriend and I booked massages here 2 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day and was even sent a confirmation Thursday 2 days ago to confirm our appointment. We learned about therapist was sick which is understandable. But called us at 11:45 to notify us that we could not come to our scheduled appointment but they had an opening at 12. It was very unprofessional and they did not try to accommodate us or show an ounce of sympathy. Which is unacceptable and bad business.

I had a massage from Samy which was totally awesome and a facial from Amanda which was fabulous! Have already rescheduled. Love this place!!!

Today was my first visit to Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. I received a classic facial with Freyda. I cannot say enough great things about this business! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful staff behind the front counter. I told them it was my first visit and they kindly explained the entire process. I met the owner briefly as well, who was very welcoming. I felt so safe the entire time, as they were all very Covid conscious. From cleaning the chairs, to the door handles as everyone came in. The entire facial itself was AMAZING. Freyda is so knowledgeable and was able to recommend the best products and future visits for me. I already pre booked my next appointment and cannot wait to see Freyda again in March! THANK YOU for such a welcoming experience. I will be recommending to all of my friends and family!
