They lie when make a final offer. They gave me a wrong bill for 150 but I was getting charged for 250z Do not go there. Sprint head quarter created a fraudulent case against a few individuals. I won’t call there names here, but I am happy that Sprint actually wants to to something about this contractor. I got all my money back for overcharges for 6 months and returned equipment I did not need.
They'll force you to get phones and lines that you don't need, they'll lie and say they're free but they aren't. Tons of hidden fees and lies. Finally switched to Verizon today after being sprint customer for over 2 years
My husband and I came to this location right after visiting another location a couple weeks ago at the Outlet Collection. So glad we made the trip here. You get treated with respect here. They didn't have the phone my husband wanted, but they offered to order it for us. So worth the 5 day wait. Highly recommend!
Beware. You'll walk in with one objective and leave without accomplishing it because their young staff talks you right into leaving with an entirely different purchase than was intended. I'm hugely unhappy with my last - final - visit. If I could get out from under Sprint completely, I would.
The Maple Valley Sprint store is great!!! IT'S SPRINT THAT SUCKS!!! I've been with Sprint for 19 years and my service has gotten worse and worse over time. Now my calls are getting dropped constantly and I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 lines on my meter. Games are being cut off right in the middle. I have complained over and over and lied too over and over!!! As soon as my bill is paid up ,I'm gone!! Hello Verizon!!
