Kevin here in the Maple Valley store is amazing. I came in to upgrade both my kids phones and he was amazing. My kids had no clue of passwords or accounts and he handled everything like it was easy! All and all a great experience. If Kevin ever leaves this facility I would probably follow him to his new store next time we upgrade!
We stopped in at TCC Verizon in Maple Valley today and we had Kevin help us and he was great. We had multiple questions and if I would have been in his shoes I would have been going... these guys are asking way too much and stressing me out. But Kevin didn't show any signs of stress at all. Kevin was great and helped us improve the way we use our Verizon service.
Kevin at the store helped me set up my new phone after my original Pixel crashed. Quick and easy setup, really helped since I needed a phone asap. Appreciate the wonderful customer service!
Anthony & Kevin were incredible! Very knowledgeable about product, plans and current promotions. I was in and out with a new phone in under 30 minutes!! I would highly recommend this location over the Covington location.
