Was the only person In the store or drive through yet was still given completely burnt food as if it was deliberately sent to me that way. Upon taking food back to store employees were all eating. All I know is if I owned this store I’d be looking for new help
The worst service of any place at Lake Norman. In a span of 3 visits the drivethru line sits completely still and doesn't move. I sit in line for 15 minutes and finally drove off. I look in the window as I go around and the employees inside are just in a daze and certainly in no hurry. I don't know if this store is company owned or franchised but whoever owns this place needs to do something or close it down. I will never go here again,
This was one of our many stops driving back home from FL. Very friendly staff, and as always great coffee.
Coffee was cold, sandwich tasted freezer burned. Not to happy with my experience. Gave 3 stars because I feel like they can do better.
Going downhill, all drinks (coffee, teas, my lattes) seem watered down. Unfortunate as it’s on my street, from New England and love Dunkin’
