I’m appalled by the condition of the cemetery. Potholes and red mud abound. Tall grass, where there actually is grass. A large number of my family members are there, and it’s a shame that while “Dignity” is part of the company name, I don’t feel like my family is being treated with such care. Obvious that profits are the prime objective of this company.
My mother is buried there, it took 10 weeks to get marker and it has been in since Jan 18th and is yet to be put down, Both Austin and Trina both have given me run around about when it would be put down, We were told it would take 2 weeks once it arrived, then when that passed we were told by end o f month , which has now passed. When going thru grief you should not be mis-lead in what their capabilities are, very poor customer service.
I wouldn't actually give them 1 star...my father passed in January..marker ordered in February...received in April..visited in May the flowers were gone, flag was gone....was told marker would be down by the end of that week..today 6/15/18 marker still not down....the offices Austin was no help..blaming everyone else as well as Kevin who puts marker down...blessed out both till it was put down today....I wouldn't recommend them at all!!
It took them over a month to put down my grandmother's grave marker after they had recieved it, not to mention the cemetery isn't kept up the way it used to be. Honestly had my grandmother not already paid them we would have laid her to rest elsewhere, because even the consolation for her marker was a nightmare
They never cut the grass I went to my dads grave today and the grass is so high and I had to remove the grass off of his grave because you couldn’t see his name plate
