BI-LO

The Customer Service was top notch here! Only went for a few things but we were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer care for sure. When I got to checkout, I put in the wrong number for my BiLo Card. The cashier understood that we were in a rush & asked if it would be okay to put in the store card to save time. That really stood out for the trip & because of that simple kindness, we will be back for many more shopping experiences to come!!

The store is close to my home. I love going in there when they have sales, everything is very easy to find! And the store associates are awesome.

This is my main grocery store. I was very upset when I learned last year they had sold and the new owners were closing our store. The Food Lion across the street is small and selection is as well. Originally they said they were closing in January 2021, it's the middle of February and they haven't closed yet or stopped stocking shelves....so I'm happy about that!

This BI-LO location in Stanley is in the process of closing for good.. and it is probably just as well since this store is quite old.. a posted sign states the last day of business is expected to be April 11, 2021.

Going to miss Bi-Lo in Stanley. It closes this weekend and no one, I understand, has purchase it. Prime corner in Stanley will sit empty. Too bad.
