Best company I worked with and I been in the industry a 20 years. We had a few issues when I was with xii Enterprise but it was never because they weren’t fair. now that I am a Motor Carrier myself I understand why some of the policies I wasnt too fond of were a necessity. Travis and Sparkle work very hard to keep the family feel and they keep an open line of communication with their owners and drivers. Were I was very involved in the day to day activities of Trucking, Because I had some drivers that needed their handheld. However they have systems in place that can allow you to make money with little responsibility, it’s totally up to you. If you are an owner be sure to hire smart drivers, listen to the advice of Sparkle and Travis regarding the driver, if you are picking them. Make sure your driver turns in the BOLs on time or you will not get paid on time. Pay into the maintenance program, it will help you when money is short for maintenance. All

I use to work with XII Enterprise when they first started their operations. There were some growing pains through the process because it was a new company. The owner was very strict on company policies and that is one of the reasons why I am no longer with them. If I would have reviewed this company when I was first terminated I probably would have gave them 2 stars but after working for multiple other companies after my employment with them I must say this was the best job I had. The owners were easily accessible and truly cared about you. She would buy the office lunch almost weekly and give bonus out the blue based on productivity... she would always have you a gift for youregardless of the holiday... if you made a mistake she didn’t stay mad at you just really just wanted you to learn from it. Now that I am older and more mature I wish I had the experience I know now to do a better job with them. I’ve read these post below and these people sound bitter and the owner I know wouldn’t behave like this even if she is upset. I did and said some mean things to her when I was terminated and I was still paid in full for all of my hours and she even gave me a referral to get the job that I have. If you have the opportunity to work for this company do know this is a great company to work for. Amanda and Allie truly are misrepresenting the company... when I worked their there was no such thing as changing anything... there was no time to... the load would get booked and two seconds later it had to be sent to the driver. Quite frankly now that I am thinking about it, these people are stupid. Why would they rush changing the rate con when the driver has all the information to call the broker on the load and the broker will tell the driver all the information about the load including the RATE, duhhhhhh!!! These people are liars. I know the owners integrity and practices haven’t changed and the whole asking to use the bathroom!!! Hahaha that’s a joke... the owner is barely their to know if you used the bathroom are not.... and when she was there she could careless about anything you did as long as you work was getting done. I hate people who try to defame and lie and really good people. Amanda and Allie you should be ashamed of yourself.

Great company to work for they really take care of their drivers.
