1st Choice Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine

I've never had acupuncture before, and only had herbal medicine a few times in my life. In the last few years I'm feeling colder and colder in the winter in Pacific Northwest, including my hands and feet. And my digestive system is a bit weaker than normal.nnEach time after Dr. David Lin's acupuncture my body feels so much warmer, and with his herbal medicine I'm also improving gradually. His advice on life style such as diet and exercise opens a window for me to see things from traditional medicine's perspective.nnMost importantly, I can feel Dr. David Lin treats me like family, not just a patient. I was recommended by my doctor at The Foot and Ankle Center in Kirkland to go to 1st Choice Acupuncture for joint and foot treatments. I have been going for 5 months now, seeing Dr. David Lin, and am so pleased with treatments and the service they so kindly provide there. My treatments have resulted in lesser pain, loss of inflammation, increase in flexibility, and ability to continue my daily activities. I would highly recommend this place and am so happy to have found it myself.

I found this clinic on Yelp and I'm glad I took everyone's advice, if I could give Dr. Lin more than 5 stars I would. I noticed a difference after my 2nd acupuncture session and will continue to see Dr. Lin in the future because of the positive effects acupuncture has on my health and well-being. If you're in the area for acupuncture, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Lin and his team. I've seen other acupuncturists in the past and will say Dr. Lin is by far my favorite, he's extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. The herbal medicines might not be the best tasting, but the positive effects I've been experiencing are well worth it.

Great clinic! I have been working with Dr. Lin to manage some chronic conditions and the usual assortment of back +shoulder pain from work and life. Overall I'm happy with the results - I can feel immediate and lasting pain relief. Plus I sleep better. I also like that Dr. Lin takes time to explain things to me. Note, I see my GP regularly. I find acupuncture to be a great supplement, not a replacement. Recommend

I've been in twice now to see Dr. Lin. Before my treatment I was feeling quite down and lethargic. I initially went in to get help with my Asthma and Allergies. After my first visit/treatment I felt like my old self, emotionally, and energetically. The next day my wife noticed a huge difference in my overall well being and mentioned that she was worried that she was not going to see the person she married again, but that I was back! After my second treatment it is only getting better, and I can't wait to continue to progress into my old self and health.
