The best massage I have had in years. Larry was thorough in preparation, ensuring that he knew all of my current concerns, asking additional questions, and tailoring his approach to my personal needs. Before the massage even started, my breathing had deepened and I was more in touch with my body than I had been in ages. The massage itself was perfect - the exact mix of relaxing and bodywork I was looking for, with plenty of time to come back to center before the end of the session. I will be back again and again!

I've had 2 massages with Navdeep. He's one of the only massage therapists I've had who gets right to the edge of the pressure you can take and knows when to ease off. He's really skilled and 90 minutes wasn't enough.

Go and see Larry Banning!! Larry has helped me with so many issues I can't begin to list them. This is not a spa massage. Larry has a very unique style that I would almost describe as getting physical therapy for lazy people. I've gotten better results from him than I have from countless other therapists.

Terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for this place and was totally excited to go. I got there, sat in the reception area for 15-20 minutes. I was pretty sure I was the only person in the building until one guy came out of one of the rooms, grabbed towels from somewhere, and went back into the room. He was the only person I saw the entire time. My first appointment was booked (and confirmed) with Navdeep. I finally left and re-scheduled for the next day with Paul. Same thing happened. I got there, I wasn't acknowledged by anyone (I don't even know if anyone else was even there!). One guy left a room, grabbed something, and went back to a room again. Very unhappy. Waste of time.
