This morning i stood in a line with only 1 other person for at least 15 minutes to place a order... once someone finally came too the counter. She stood their trying to explain why she couldn't open the register. And saying she was sorry for the wait...nSorry isn't a magic word too make customers feel better about waist time... I walked out with coffee....

It was pretty good. Packed drive thru. We went inside and it was a little faster thst way. The sweet black pepper bacon sandwich was all right. They only have one small espresso machine, so you'll wait a bit for specialty coffees.

Decided to give the coffee a try again after years of being disappointed. I was so happy and surprised that finally they not only got my coffee order right but it tasted amazing! Thank you again! When I called to compliment them, I was informed they were under new management— so much better!

I have just say 10/10. I believe his name is Rodrick who helped me in the drive-thru, and he had excellent customer service and made a great iced coffee. Did not disappoint! Will be back soon!
