I had a gentle and kind Massage Therapist. Misty was friendly, courteous and explained the massage in detail. I have major health issues and she let me know how she would proceed and use minimum pressure in certain areas. I was so impressed and thankful for her concern. I had a Integrated Massage. When I she was finished, I felt like a new person. Misty was a true blessing and I have scheduled another appointment with her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MISTY.

I had a wonderful experience at Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness. The building itself was charming; it was once an old home built 100 years ago, and the atmosphere was tranquil and calming. I had a 60-minute massage with Misty, and she was great; I highly recommend her. She was very professional, inviting, and knowledgeable. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be a reoccurring client!

Misty did an amazing job. She really understood what my body was doing and went to my tense spots. My sensitive areas were carefully navigated. I added the back scrub and I would recommend anyone to get this add on service. It felt so satisfying to add a back scratch with a massage!! I will be going again!!

I booked a seaweed wrap with Nikki. This was a new service being offered and it was wonderful! Nikki was very mindful of my comfort level, making sure to ask periodically how I was feeling and making adjustments as necessary. COVID precautions were taken very seriously and I felt very comfortable. It was a well-needed pampering experience and I booked my next appointment right then and there! I had an introductory massage with Misty. She was very professional and accommodating. I had a recent hand surgery that she worked around and she spend extra time addressing problem areas. The space is warm and inviting and I will definitely be going back again!
