I really like Panera but they're now using Door dash for all of their deliveries (due to Covid of course). It doesn't say anywhere on the Panera website that they use door dash-it goes through as a delivery direct from the store. I never received my order and it was a disastrous attempting to get a refund. They say it will take 3-5 business days to get a refund, what a scam- I'll pickup my own damn order from now on.
My oldest son works there. He has Autizm and this is his first job. The managers and staff treat him just like any other employee. I am thankful for that. He is on the higher end of the spectrum and is a genius but he is treated the same. He loves his job. The food is good also.
Best food and coffee. Great people working there.
I went there for lunch today and had French onion soup it was very good I will definitely go back and get it. They have the best tuna salad.
The food is fresh and worth eating on the healthier side of the spectrum. Good service at this location and every location I have been to is the same. Good job Panera Bread!
