They have a good selection of drawer handles, but their customer service is lacking. They talk down to you, and are dismissive. After making a order, I called after two weeks to see if my order had come in yet. The guy who answered the phone was rude and then put me in hold for 15 min and then hung up on me. When I tried to see about buying some full extension drawer slides, the guy told me they had them then tried to sell me 3/4 opens. Clearly didn't have a clue what he was selling. Hardware selection is decent, quality is good, prices on some things are fair, others a little over priced. If you need something that day and know what you need, worth the look, but don't expect the staff to be of help.

I have had multiple good experiences here but was horrified today to find the employee at Locks and Pulls was not only ill, with a very impressive cough when we entered the store, but also not wearing a mask. He ignored my mother and I completely, and then took a phone call which involved more coughing and sniffing. We decided exposure to an infection wasn’t worth the pulls and left. I know people have strong feelings about wearing masks, but in a pandemic when you are sick next time please stay home.

We came in with zero idea of what we wanted and even less knowledge of what we needed for our new build. Brad was busy with many customers, but made time for us and showed us many options and recommendations to ensure we were getting the best. We had an issue with the mailbox we ordered (manufacturer error, not Brad) and Brad immediately jumped in to fix it. His customer service was beyond what we expected and he continued to help us well after we made our purchases with him. We won't ever buy from anyone else.

you can get any door knob any pull handle bathroom supplies like towel bars stuff like that hinges. anything to do with house supplies when it comes to cabinets doors bathroom kitchen very good place
