My best friend and I visited the Bethesda Salt Cave for a relaxing space to bring in the new year. Janine and staff were an absolute delight. The facilities felt very safe in light of the pandemic. The cave itself was an oasis. This is a stop that I will make every single time I visit Maryland. Thank you for an incredible experience!
A life changing experience, for the better. I am so thankful for the Bethesda Salt Cave and the people who have helped me. I have not had a better experience with a spa or health service than I have with them. Very good quality and personable. Very humane.
Paid for a 90 minute massage, got a little over an hour. Even the front desk lady was confused. Still tipped well ud83eudd37ud83cudffc♀ufe0f Probably will try somewhere else next & not tip so much unless deserved. Cute pup though.
I had an amazing facial today at the Bethesda Salt Cave. Sarvi, the esthetician, did an assignment of my skin and made some great recommendations on services. She did a great job helping me relax too. I can’t wait to go back!
Nothing about this spa was relaxing, the staff need to work on their hospitality to certain customers. My friend and I went there today and it wasn’t as pleasing as the salt cave I went to in Philadelphia. Do better.
