Management of this bussines is nonexistant. I have asked for a membership cancellation with a doctor's notice. I've sent emails and went to the front desk in person. I was promised I will be contacted by the manager the next day. I should have checked them before deciding to open account with them. They are absolutely not a serious bussiness since they are not registred with bbb.com and they are franchised and the corporate bussiness does not care much even after I contacted them several times. I hope they treat their employers better than the customers.

Staff seems to be great. The masseuse was excellent. The trouble with business is not how you do what you’re supposed to do, but how you handle problems. I did sign up for a membership that I didn’t use. I did my 6 month commitment and paid my70.00 each month. When the time was finally up for me to cancel I called to cancel. When I called I was told by the employee that answered that she needed to talk to her manager. The manager called and told me I need to put it in writing. So I did I wrote an email. Then she told me I needed to fill out a form. She then asked how we would handle this situation in my business this was out of line. The photos of that conversation will be on my yelp review. I did what I was supposed to do paid the 70.00 for something I wasn’t using because that’s the deal I made. But when it came time to cancel it was a big deal and I just think it should be easier.

Great massages, decently priced (much better priced if you're able to commit to the subscription to the service), and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. I appreciate that the staff is attentive in presenting information about promotions and products, but address the issues in such a way that you feel no pressure to purchase anything you weren't already eyeing.nnThe new location in Germantown is such an upgrade from their previous location in the Town Center shopping center. Walking out of their business, fully relaxed from a great massage, only to be met with the stress of the old parking situation was disappointing; I'm so glad they fixed this problem so that their new location. There are also no spaces in the lot that have a time limit, as there had been in the crowded lot previously.nnThis time I got a 90 minute massage but I added the new rapid tension relief technique for an extra $10. Boy was that worth it! I normally have very stiff muscles and walk out of a massage wishing that some part of my body had gotten much more attention than it had, as time only allowed reduction of the knots partially. This added vibration destroyed the knots in it's path, leaving me very surprised and amazed at it's effectiveness. It's enough to make me seriously consider finding a way to afford the expense of a membership.

I've been to Massage Envy's before, different locations and they were the usual typical visit but this appointment was Amazing. My massage attendant was Matt and let me tell you he was Amazing! He was very polite, attentive, professional and massage me for the entire 90 minutes. I look forward to going again.
