My massage experience was excellent!!!nAfter checking the temperature, she asked if I need a foot bath. YES! it was great. Hot foot bath with some herbal treatment for feet. That was the beginning of the massage. Tina is so attentive. I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. She listened to everything I needed and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. The signature combination massage was so professional but relaxing.nThe staff is so nice, the room is spacious and quiet. Definitely come back!
If I have one more star I would love to give! This place is so clean and making people feel so calming. Jenny is so strong and good listener. I had been sitting and working on the computer whole day and my neck and shoulder had constant pain. Jenny listened to my needs and took care of the pain! So amazing! Nice and clean atmosphere and Professional massage! Definitely will come back!
It's a nice place, I can't say enough good things about Lilac Spa! First the decorations and the music and the warmth feeling are so smoothing. Secondly, the Office is so clean! All the towels are new, and all of them all clean and soft.And mostly important they take every safety precaution in regard to COVID-19! Nice and friendly staff, smooth music, great massage! Wonderful place to unwind and relax!!!!

Very clean & I felt very welcomed when coming into the spa. Felt highly satisfied and comfortable with the Safety precautions that were taking place to protect from COVID-19. Im sure the therapist checked the intake form carefully and she gave me a perfect pressure on my back. Released the neck shoulder and lower back pain. She also asked about how do I like the pressure and which part is in tension. Overall, she is professional, kind and friendly therapist. The experience was relaxing and impressed. Definitely come back! Highly recommend the natural BianStone treatment!
