I am very picky but finally found a great spa! Service and facilities are great. I go regularly for massages with Mon as well as manicures, facials and most recently micro blading (eyebrows).
The massage with Vera was awesome the atmosphere was amazing the way they massage your body is truly heaven. Going back soon
I was just there and I would have given five stars if not for the pricing structure. I made a reservation for a 75 minute hot stone pedicure. It lasted 60 minutes and when I went to pay, I mentioned those missing 15 minutes to the woman manning the front desk.nnShe informed me that all services are docked 15 minutes for a cleansing time, ie for them to wipe down and sanitize the area.nnNowhere is this information posted online and I honestly think its either a) a lie to excuse 15 mystery minutes or b) horrible practices.nnIn their world, if I pay for a 60 minute massage, I'm really only paying for a 45 minute massage and 15 minutes of their cleaning time.nnOn the plus side. The atmosphere was lovely, the equipment was top notch, and the staff were friendly. This would have been a five star review, but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.
Mon is amazing...TRULY GIFTED HANDS! She gives the best massage every time. She is very sweet also. Front desk and general business Covid procedures have been great. Although, their cleanliness was on point before Covid.
I had such an enjoyable experience with Vera! I felt very relaxed and comfortable the whole time even during COVID. I would definitely go again!
