Have a personal relationship with a previous employee, this place is “Temporarily Closed”nnI was told the manager/main provider got very sick back in late nov early dec. I had been a client for 2 years and they’ve provided nothing but amazing service. From my understanding they have been closed since January. This needs to be reflected on google. I’ve tried and I know Les has tried to report this place as closed while the manager recovers.nnGiving you a 5 star because you guys have always been great to me and you shouldn’t be knocked down when your not open. Compared to 2 +years of amazing work!nnI hope she’s is in the recovery stage and I hope you all open back up!

Purchased a Groupon for two facials a month ago and scheduled online as requested. I received a text confirmation saying someone with reach out to confirm but have not received anything and have tried to reach out multiple times as I will be coming from out of town and needed notice. If you can’t handle any more influx of purchases from Grouponers then please remove it to avoid any more customer complaints.

I purchased a Groupon and should have known that this experience be horrible when the website linked on the Groupon was not established. I continued over the course of weeks calling to get an appointment but kept getting an automated text message. Eventually during one of my attempts I was provided with the correct website and instructions to make appointment via the website. I did that left work to make it to my appointment only to show up and no one be here. Please keep your money and time and go to a more professional business.

Bianca and I both had businesses at SalonLoft in Chevy Chase and then she moved out to Sola Salon Suites in Rockville ..I would see her come and go periodically and because we had chatted a few times about the service that she offered..a treatment very similar to cool sculpting. I decided to set up an appointment with Bianca and go out to Rockville for a appointment with Bianca at Zolo Organics on Mar.15.. I had the treatment and pleased with the results so I decided to buy a package costing $1260.. pandemic hit so I was not able to get the treatments understandable.. June the beauty industry started going back to work.. I reached out to Bianca several months go by no respond to any of my text.. I finally hear back from her, she said the gel for this treatment was coming from Italy and because of the pandemic being so bad in Italy it was delayed understandable..a few months have passed..no word..I texted her to say let’s go ahead and get the money back on my credit card and when your able to provide the treatment I will re-purchase the package..now she’s responding.. she made a statement that because I signed a contract stating that if I wasn’t pleased with the service I couldn’t get the money back..October she text to say the product was in..when was I available. I text her back to say let’s go ahead and get these appointments on her schedule and to date I have not heard back from her..because of the contact I signed..I don’t get my money back and I didn’t get the treatment..if you choose to do business with her be aware!!

Loved loved loved my experience, was my first facial with them and I can’t say how amazing my face looks. These mask have really taken a tole on my skin. I did have trouble finding them but they are located inside of Sola Salons it’s just on the back end of the building so it’s kinda confusing so read your appointment details. It was amazing that even though I was a little confused Irene didn’t charge me a late fee and just pushed my appointment down 10 minutes so I could receive my service. She said she’d have to push everyone behind me down as well so sorry if I inconvenienced anyone. But thank you Irene for not charging me :) also wanted to give a huge shoutout to Bianca she allowed me to use the value of my voucher to upgrade my facial to the Hydrafacial and it was one of the best decisions I have made my skin looks like baby skin. Definitely recommend this place, just an FYI they aren’t the best at answering the phone but you can get an immediate text. I later found out it’s because Irene is now the only one answering their lines. But honestly everything can be done online so not a problem
