No wooden tables with holes here. Each room has a speaker playing very relaxing music to match the ambiance.The linens are very good quality and always very clean.nnVery good cleaning protocol so there is no worry even during the covid, here is very safe.nnAll the massage therapist here are all top notch and very professional. They are very in tune with your sore and tight spots and knots. I never have to tell them where I'm sore or tight, they always feel it out.nnOne thing to note, is often people will say there is a particular part of body is sore and tight, legs for example, so they expect more massage only there. But all the muscles in your body are connected up and down. Pain in feet is usually caused by tight calves, which can be from tight vbands, which tie up to your back. So tell them if you have any concerns then let the professionals take over, and note they're the professionals. They are working the right muscles according to your needs.nnI personally lift a lot of weights, and I choose to massage here once a week so my muscles and fascia don't over tighten.nnThe benfit from massage frequently can't be understated. Especially in these times.
