This place did an amazing job once again! I get a massage at least once a week and this is one place I go to.

One of the best massage I ever had the lady give me massage is so friendly and worth it to go back again.

I do not understand the reviews for this place. My husband and I came in for a couples massage on Groupon which when making an appointment she said that they would honor the price in store and we did not need to purchase a Groupon. We came in decided to do 90 minutes each instead of 60 and she said she was going to give us a deal of $160 for two people instead of 180. I told her that was very nice of her thank you. The massage was OK I left much more stressed out than when I came in. It was very loud I could hear Every conversation of the tile shop next-door. The massage wasn’t necessarily bad but it was kind of like low grade petting the whole time. I would have maybe give them a place another shot except for when we checked out. She asked how it was and I gave her my honest feedback and she then wanted to know how much I was going to tip. I told her I did not want to know thank you I was not overly satisfied. She did not like that and said that she gave me a deal and that I need to tip and That the workers work on commission and need the tip. I told her that is not my fault and tipping is for exceptional service and I asked her if it was required of me which she said no. I had to argue with her for over five minutes to get her to understand I was not leaving a tip because I was not satisfied with the experience. I have never been harassed to leave a tip before in my life. 100% will never go back or ever suggest them to friends or coworkers. Be prepared to tip if you come here otherwise they will not want you to leave. *******it has been ONE night and I am in so much pain it’s ridiculous!! I did not sleep, I’ve taken 8 Pain relievers and I am FURIOUS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I paid this place to destroy my spine.

Poor massage skills and poor communication. Didn't get relaxed at all!!

I need to speak with a a manager please . Your spa is harassing people and walking out to their car with them . Pure harassment and can get sued ! This is a liability
