One of the worst experiences I've had with a company.nnFirst: I put in an order in store. Clean, easy, simple, right? Wrong. The delivery service would not wait for more than 5 minutes before driving away with my footboard, headboard, box spring, and mattress. Thankfully I still had my old mattress and bed frame to use, had I gotten rid of them, I would've had nothing to sleep on.nnSecond: The delivery is rescheduled a week out from when I was originally supposed to receive it. Fine. The weekend before I am supposed to receive my furniture, I noticed that I didn't receive a text update about an estimated time frame for delivery (they usually send this two days before delivery).nnFine. I give the store a call. They tell me that the mattress that I ordered is no longer in stock, so I would have to wait two weeks to receive it. Naturally, I complained, namely because I had to call them to receive this news. You would think that a couple of days before furniture delivery, the company would tell you that you're not receiving what you ordered. That's clearly too much to ask for.nnAfter speaking to a manager about the issue, he said they could get me the furniture on the day I was expecting it, and that I would receive an updated receipt. I opened the receipt and noticed that the mattress to be delivered was a completely different mattress than the one I ordered? That must be a mistake, right? No. The manager decided that since the bed I wanted was out of stock, he was going to set me up with a COMPLETELY different mattress. Again, it's clearly too much to ask for the items you selected or purchased to be the ones that are actually delivered to you.nnI went into the store and settled things with another manager who said that they would send me a replacement for the mattress I originally ordered within two weeks, once it was back in stock. Fine.nnThird: It is the day of delivery and although my estimated delivery window was 12:45 - 3:45PM, it is now 5:08PM. I am stop 16, and the delivery men are at stop 12. At this point, I'll be lucky if I receive the order before I go to bed since they have been averaging an hour at each stop.nnIf you care about getting what you ordered on time and appreciate up to date, accurate information, and decent customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! You will be really disappointed if you go with this furniture store.

I paid for a bed to be delivered and assembled on February 13th. The bed was unstable and wobbly with and without my mattresses on it. They sent a repair man out who said I needed new parts to make the bed stable. Now they say I have to wait until APRIL to get those parts for that bed. And they wont even do an exchange. This is unacceptable. They gave me the runaround/dead-end when I asked to speak to supervisor. They deserve zero stars.

Clean, excellent COVID protocols, excellent products with reasonable prices. Help reduced our daughter's stress about moving into her apartment. Definitely will be back! Saw a sectional that we're highly interested in!

My sales representative was Cassie. She displayed all attributes of wonderful customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping for my new couch at Bobs due to Cassie’s patience and genuine interest in helping select and/or offer options to my liking. It’s taken me a few visits to Bobs given that Ive selected furniture that wouldn’t fit, but Cassie assured me that it was okay and take my time. I appreciate her assistance.

I was greeted with temperature checks OK FINE walked in NO SALES PERSON GREETED OR ANYTHING it wasn't until I ASKEDud83dude44 Then I was greeted by Rebecca.....I was very specific about color she shows me just 1 living set in my color of choice OK I'm thinking the rest doesn't have ANY OTHER COLOR CHOICES SHE REPLIED NO Then tells me just to go to ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE & even searched her phone for Nearest location WAIT WHAT.....I wanted to spend CASH HERE but NOT NOONE COULD OF HELPED.... WELL THANK GOD I DODGED THIS BULLET ud83dude43
