Standing outside with the intention of dropping 1k and the dude looked at me and waved. Waste of time
All facial distance and measures in place. The manager and assistant manager were patient and awesome. I exchanged my original covers after 60 days and then waiting on their replacements which had to be specially made.
Staff was great! There was an issue that occurred when I ordered online and the staff here were very helpful and got everything figured out and ensured i was taking care of and I’m excited to say I’ll be an owner of a sactional.
The store associates are so helpful and goes above and beyond even through virtual appointments. It was much better dealing with them than the 800.
We are lovesac customers and placed an order online three weeks ago and subsequently cancelled it (three weeks since I sent email cancelling the order) Still waiting on refund and update about refund, every time I call customer support I have to explain my story to the agent and no one can give me a date when I will get the refund. I just would like a definite date as to when I can expect my refund. I have spoken to 5 different agents on their team.nnPlaced a subsequent order via the store at Montgomery Mall and that went smoother. Store manager was very helpful. When we bought our sactional about a year or two ago directly From the store that too went well.nnThe three stars reflects my experience regarding my cancelled order and lack of information on my refund.nVery disappointed by how this has been handled.
