Great experience overall. We visited the Rockville store a few weeks ago and had Steve as our salesperson. Steve was patient and knowledgable, explaining the differences in patio furniture options (construction, fabrics, anticipated customer order waiting periods, etc.). After about an hour of asking questions and testing things out, we decided to order a mix of items in stock and floor models. We received a phone call a few days ahead of delivery and again that same day with the confirmed delivery time. Everything showed up in good condition and the delivery service was highly professional. We are going to be enjoying our high quality patio furniture for years to come.
We had a fantastic experience working with Jay LaMalchaux at Offenbacher's in Rockville for our outdoor furniture. Jay was knowledgeable and communicative, and gave us great insights about various brands and sets. Would certainly buy from him again, and would recommend him highly!
