BUYERS BEWARE!!!nnPurchased a crib back in November during their holiday sales. It arrives weeks later damaged. Customer service has been the worst. I was given half information on phone/chat, including missing information in emails and wrong information while trying to get a replacement. Meanwhile, they didn’t even have stock to send me a replacement. 2.5months later and I finally gave up. I don’t even feel confident I will be refunded for my order. Regardless, it’s a nightmare and customer service reps are poorly trained & resourced. You can’t even reach management to get more help. You would think a store serving customers who are habitually in a very stressful period of their lives would have a better culture. I will be deleting my Baby Registry. Target & Amazon can meet our needs....

Me and my husband just stopped by to pick up an order. Upon checking out one sales lady sneezed severely not covering her mouth/nose area with her elbow - as recommended by CDC!!!nnOn top of it, her mask fell below her nose. During this time I find it very disgusting a absolutely disrespectful to be that careless. You are working for a store that welcomes pregnant women and babies. As a pregnant women and being considered high risk I find it very upsetting and reckless not to have the audacity to be more considerate. Not even a “my apologies” !!!

Well we started our with a great experience in special order our crib, changing table, and Dresser. We were so excite. They did tell us it would take a little longer because of Covid 19 for the manufacture. We were okay with that and were understanding. Until it was almost a month past it arrival time for it to be here. They said the end of February beginning of March. We followed up with them multiple times asking where our product was and if they had a delivery date. Each time they said it should be on the next truck. Well it is now April 3 and they still have no information for us. They keep saying wait one more week. No thanks I want my money back because I have a feeling it hasn't even been ordered. My due date for my little girl is April 30th. Now I have no furniture or crib for her. We had to call them each time to get information. They never reached out to us. I spoke with a manager and she said they could give us a lunar crib until our stuff got here no I don't want to assemble a crib and then have to take it back down and deliver it back up there. We asked her if we did do that with somebody come here assemble it and ship it for free and she said we'd have to talk about that. During the days of Covid I don't think I wanna loaner bed and I don't wanna have to take it apart and re-put it back just to wait for stuff that probably was never on order. then they said they could offer us stuff that they had in stock in white which we really wanted brown but we said we would settle for white that was a very nice thing that she did. But it was just a mix match your furniture nothing from the same suit and nothing we liked. They also offered us hire product and said that we would have to pay the difference. With this being their mistake I would think that they would help us out with pricing but they did not they wanted us to pay more money. At that time I said no way I want my money back so now here we are April 3 in my due date is April 30 and I have an empty nursery with nothing in it new furniture for her to come home to. Very frustrating. I would call in asking for the manager the people were rude to me on the phone obviously they had caller ID and knew who I was in the manager refused to answer my phone it took my mother-in-law to use a different number for us to even get an answer. One time I had another person put me on hold for a half hour and then hung up. Very frustrating I would never buy furniture from this company. The worst part is that no one ever followed up for us we had to be the ones to call in and bother them to even get answers which is ridiculous. And they didn't even offer us any discounts or coupons for the inconvenience I'll never shot for this company ever again.

Feb 2 - I've lost track of whether this is my 6th attempt with a 6th person to resolve problems with my order.nnThis companies practices boarder criminal. I haven't received product or my refunds. I ordered November 2020 and am still battling this in February 2021. Different stories and incomplete information from various employees by phone, email or chat. This is a nightmare company. No one is accountable. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Plenty of other companies can fulfill your baby registry needs. I worked in Customer Service for years. This is mind blowing to me.

My wife and I waited 20 mins at baby registry and no one ever came. The service at this store wasvery terrible. The staff were chatting and just ignored us completely while we were in the stroller area!
