I had a great experience with Hamilton Sofa Gallery in Rockville. Their prices were fair, the salesmen were honest, and the delivery was on time. They told me the truth about the delays in the furniture industry and did their best to find me a sofa that was in stock and ready to delivery, unlike the famous furniture companies that flat out lie to your face about their estimated deliveries. After cancelling with West Elm, I went with Hamilton and am happy with my new furniture, with essentially next day delivery. They have acquired a life long customer because they met my demands and were straight shooters.
I haven’t purchased a sofa yet but I met with Lisa Stevenson, a designer and color expert in the Rockville store, to help me focus. She is professional, knows her stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. She asked me what I liked, what I wanted, suggested colors and shades, informed me about the qualities of different types of fabrics and offered ideas on what would work in my space. She’s nice too, which is always a plus. When I do decide which sofa to buy, I’m sure I’ll choose the right fabric for me , with Lisa’s guidance, of course.
We just bought our third sofa from Lisa. She is way more than just a salesperson. She helped us design our sofa configuration based on the architectural design of the room. We made much better decisions about which size and shape to buy with her help. So now when we needed to furnish our basement we went straight to her and she surprised us again with a choice that was better than our idea and well priced. Get the Natuzzi sofas. They last forever!
We are exceptionally pleased with the sales process, quality, and delivery. Our sales person Nancy was awesome and prepared us well for everything we would encounter! Our furniture arrived earlier than expected.
JUST DON’T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!nI ordered 5000 Bucks sectional leather sofa 7 months ago. I couldn't still get 1 piece. I have to call everyday to check the delivery. They have no interest on your service but money.nThey truly should close the business for good people like me. Please don’t buy..
