This store is wonderful. Beautifully laid out with everything you could need for your home.nBut a store is only as good as its employees.nnI was assisted by Ben who was awesome! There are so many options and things to consider when purchasing home furnishings. He was very patient and ran several scenarios for me until I made the decision that was best for me. I wish all my customer service interactions were as good as this one.
Design consultant Reina was amazing! We ended up with a mid century style leather sectional and a pair of swivel chairs. Then process was very easy and straightforward. We are a design company and the newest style are much sleeker and contemporary! Excited for our new furniture to come! Highly recommend
Everyone has been very professional and helpful. They have honored all sales events that occurred after our initial purchase without any issues. They were honest about delivery delays. They were very helpful but not pushy in letting us find the style of chair and fabric we wanted. Would go back again and again if wanted more chairs.
We thought it was a great experience. We told our salesperson what we were looking for, he led us to one sofa and it was the one we came back to, and ultimately bought after checking out a few more stores.nnI was impressed with the styles and the quality. We’re enjoying them immensely!
Aside from the fact that I wish we hadn't had to wait 3 months for a non-custom order, I am super pleased with our experience. The sales process was no-pressure. The sales guy was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were on time (early, in fact) and professional, and our new couch is terrific so far.
