Last Saturday was going to get a new kitchen table set and they had exactly what I wanted. Coming through the door I was greeted by the most beautiful person Ms. Cheryl. She went out her way to help me out with getting my order done and explaining with getting protection plan for my busy boys lol. Then she directed me into the hands of Madrid who made sure I had what I wanted and in a timely manner for me to replace my old table set. They were so kind and helpful with the whole process. Definitely come back for more furniture.

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered a dining table and four chairs in early October and were told that they wouldn’t be delivered until November 12. Then a couple of days before Nov 12, we receive a call informing us that it wouldn’t be delivered until December 10. THEN the week before that date, we were told it wouldn’t be delivered until the end of January. After speaking to a manager, they assured us that they’d make arrangements for the Dec 10 delivery after all.nnNow - we wait the entire day for a delivery that never shows up. After calling multiple times, I get put through to several people who simply say they don’t know what happened to the order but that I should try calling their third party delivery company. What?! I speak to someone else at VCF and she says she sees the delivery was scheduled for today but that she doesn’t know where it is and suggests that I just wait and see if anyone calls me about it. The table that we spent hundreds of $$$ on had just vanished and nobody at VALUE CITY FURNITURE can do anything about it.nnLiteral highway robbery. Two months and half a grand down after walking into that store and I have nothing received up to this point. Do not waste your time - do not waste your money.

I had a great experience at this store. Antoine was my sales consultant he was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. My furniture was delivered and I am in love with all of my pieces. I would definitely recommend this store and Antoine to all my friends and family. He’s definitely a great asset to this company!

We were able to find the perfect sectional, motorized reclining sofa here. Antoine offered the perfect level of service. It's a fine balance to be available but not hover - he gets that - he answered our questions with great knowledge. After reviewing our choices, we purchased the sofa and the insurance and we were on our way in a short period of time!
