Poor customer service. Placed an order for a bed a month ago. Promised it would be delivered within a two week time frame. No one has reached out. I’ve tried calling the number on the receipt and online and they are all disconnected. Looks like I have been ripped off.

Very disappointed with the way the purchase process go. Please don't agree to get or take your furniture if it is not complete or broken. I'm still waiting after one month of purchase to get the broken piece of China cabinet. The tall guy has a very bad attitude.
